How VigorBuy QC photos work
VigorBuy links follow a numbered pattern (product/2/ for Weidian items, product/1/ for Taobao, product/0/ for 1688) that the finder reads directly. Paste one to see what the seller has been shipping, or check a link from another agent before you move the order over. No app and no extension needed; any phone or desktop browser will do.
When an order reaches the warehouse, staff photograph the item before it is shipped abroad: that is a QC photo. VigorBuy does it for your order; the finder shows you the photos taken for earlier buyers of the same listing, before you spend a cent.
It does not matter which agent took a photo: the item came from the same seller and the same listing, so it is just as useful for a VigorBuy order. On this spreadsheet 1668 finds already have photos on record; they are marked QC on every listing page.
The listings behind these photos sit on Chinese marketplaces such as Taobao, Weidian and 1688, and an agent buys from them on your behalf.
Reading QC photos like a regular
Compare batches, not just photos
When a listing has photos from several dates, look at the newest first. Sellers change factories, and a batch that looked right in spring can drift by autumn.
The stitching
Look for even, dense stitching that runs straight. Wandering or loose stitches are where cheaper production shows itself first, and they are easy to see in a close-up.
When to reject
Reject when the flaw is structural (wrong shape, wrong proportions, damage, a clearly different colour from what you ordered) or when several small flaws turn up at once, because that points at the batch rather than the single item.
Check the box and the extras
Boxes, dust bags, spare laces and tags are part of what you are paying for. If they matter to you, check they are in the photos; sellers leave them out more often than you'd think.
Look at colour in daylight shots
Warehouse lighting runs cool or warm. When a photo was taken near a window, trust that one for colour and use the rest for construction.

Does the QC finder for VigorBuy work with other agents' links?
Any product link: a VigorBuy link, another agent's, or the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing itself. Each is looked up as the same seller's listing.
What are QC photos?
QC stands for quality check. When an order reaches an agent's warehouse in China, staff photograph the actual item (stitching, tags, soles, hardware, often on a measuring mat) before anything ships internationally. You approve or reject it from those photos.
Is the QC finder free?
Yes: no account, no signup, no limit for normal use. The site earns a commission only if you sign up to VigorBuy or order through its links.
Where do I find my QC photos on VigorBuy?
Once the seller's parcel arrives at VigorBuy's warehouse, the item's QC photos appear on the order in your VigorBuy account. Look them over before you pay for international shipping; anything wrong can still go back to the seller from China.
How is this different from VigorBuy's own QC photos?
Because VigorBuy's photos only exist after you have paid for the item. The photos here are from other buyers' orders of the same listing, so you see the batch before you buy.
Is this a VigorBuy QC checker?
Yes, for other buyers' photos: drop in a VigorBuy link, another agent's or a marketplace link, and the finder lists every QC photo on record for that listing. Your own item's photos come from VigorBuy after you order.
Can I reject an item after QC?
The time to reject is at the warehouse, before international shipping, while the item is still in China and an exchange or refund with the seller is possible. Check VigorBuy's own return rules for the details.
How do I find QC photos for a VigorBuy item?
Copy the item's link from VigorBuy (or from any other agent, or straight from Taobao, Weidian or 1688) and paste it into the finder at the top of this page. It unwraps the link to the seller's listing and shows the QC photos other buyers received, grouped by date, newest first.
Why are there no QC photos for my link?
Either nobody has ordered that exact listing yet, or no one's photos have reached a public database. It is not a sign the seller is bad, and it does not affect the photos VigorBuy takes of your own order.
Does VigorBuy have QC photos?
Yes. VigorBuy photographs your items when they reach its warehouse in China, and you see those photos in your account before you pay for international shipping. This page shows the photos other buyers already got for the same listing, so you can check an item before you order it.
What is VigorBuy?
